1,6 block is different and on gasket -water ways , I have look and 1,5 out side like 1,6 but all 1,6 is with 10mm bolts and 4 M8 on front side
Is possible to make 1,6 used 1,3 or 1,5 block but custom build not from factory.

For hill climb ? but what is inlet ?DCOE, slide, ECU .... 40mm ,45mm ....
but for power 6000 + than more deg than 320 and lift 12mm+ and 5mm+ in TDC but
cam with 312-316 deg 11,5mm lift and cc4-4,5mm in TDC will gave good power from cc4000-9000
compresion min 11,5( for SOHC )
